Baton Twirling has been around for many years and has evolved throughout the years in many ways. There is often a misconception that Baton Twirling is “old fashioned” and consists only of marching girls performing in parades. While this was once the case, today there is much more to the sport.
Participants can compete in many different events, in not only club competitions but also State, National, World Championships, & the Pan Pacific & International Cup. Some of these events include Solo’s, Pairs/Duets, Teams, Marchpast, Artistic One Baton, Two Baton, 3 Baton, Freestyle and of course Dance Twirl.
It has evolved today into an entertaining & exciting sport to both perform and watch.
Revolution Dance Twirl currently teaches Dance Twirl, Specialised, Standard Solos, Duos, Artistic One Baton & Two Baton.
